Hi Estrella! The first thing that pops out to me is that it's in a pot with no drainage. Dracaena, and most plants, don't like sitting in constantly wet soil because the roots can't get any oxygen so it essentially suffocates them.
I also noticed in the picture that the tips of the leaves are turning yellow and brown. This is usually caused by over-watering, or keeping the soil too wet. Dracaena like their soil to dry out between waterings.
I'd take it out of the pot and check the roots for any that are black and mushy. Those are rotten and need to be removed. Then repot in a pot with drainage holes and fresh soil. Also, Dracaena are sensitive to the chemicals in tap water so it's best to either let tap water sit out 24 hours before using or use filtered water.
Hope this helps and Good Luck π
