Is this plant labeled correctly?

Sorry Barbara @SucculentBE I have *no* idea, but hoping if I comment maybe your post will be seen by someone who does!
I think it’s right. I have one and it’s listed the same.
It has the correct leaves to be an echeveria. That’s the end of my experience though.
looks to be echeveria runyonii 'topsy turvy'! it's etiolated so i can't be 100% sure, but one of the bottom leaves is slightly bent in a ^ shape and it'd make sense for topsy turvy to be labeled runyonii since it's a cultivar of it
@slayonium you speak like a scientist, even a botanist which I am as well. I’ve just acquired this hobby/obsession due to having to give up outside gardening because of my back. So my indoor garden is my concentration now. I’ve looked at your plants and they’re fabulous. Hope we’ll be friends. Oh, and I love snails even though they were the bane of my gardening life.
This is my latest painting of a snail. I call it β€œThe Long and Slimy Road” (if you remember the lyric).

Probably not, the leaves are the wrong shape for runyonii- - but it’s gonna be too hard to make an ID until the plant comes back to its normal shape, and colors. With adequate sunlight/ care you should be able to make a better ID by late spring/ early summer. 🀞🏽 Good luck! πŸ’š
@SucculentBE not sure w/ ID use the SEEK app it’s free not the best sometimes but can be useful, I love that app as a fellow scientist & biology teacher current
