Plant booze?
Has anyone else thought of/tried to add a bit of alcohol to the water when expecting a small drought? I read abouta studyin Japan recently that this is beneficial to crops in drought.

I've never heard that. Do you remember why it worked?
@RJG plants produce alcohol when stressed, so it mimics that condition. I’m guessing it triggers them to go into stasis. It’s a small, precise amount of ethanol.
