As long as they are compatable they should be fine! When you water make sure the soil is dry, personally I do not measure water out I water until it drips out the bottom. The common misconception with watering is that too much water at one time will be overwatering but that’s not the case.. overwatering would be based on how frequent you water before the soil dries out.
