What’s happening with my #dracena ?

So, my beloved #CornstalkDracaena is about 10ft tall. She’s in the far corner of a bright room with large south and west facing windows. No direct sunlight, but maybe too far from windows? (12ft+ from both).

Regular watering cycle, well draining soil. Any thoughts? Thanks. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PlantTherapy #PlantCorner

Matthew how often do you water it? It looks like it’s needs water because it’s so tall it might need more than what you usually give it.
@clairsheart hi! I water once every 10 days or so and I give it more than the app recommends. It’s about 8 cups (Greg recommends 6), I usually see a small amount of water collect in the pan underneath. I thought I may be overwatering….
Those leaves look over watered to me. Do you make sure it's dry before watering and does it sit in the collected water?
@pothosslut this is my thought also. It does have a drainage hole and a tray underneath. The potting mix is mostly soil (no extra perlite or orchid mix or anything). Any suggestions for helping the plant to recover?
@PopularRimu I'd let her completely dry out to start. Then make sure she's not sitting in water in the tray. That could definitely be contributing to the issue! I would also try to check the roots somehow. I know that's way easier said than done with such a big plant! I would cut the damaged leaves so she's not putting energy into those and can focus elsewhere. She'll be totally fine! ❣️
