Providing your Flapjack Succulent gets plenty of natural light and warmth, it isn't overwatered, and it's planted or potted in soil with good drainage, you can expect rapid and healthy growth.

@user427a552f 6 feet to direct light is a bit of a stretch for flapjacks. If you can, definitely move him closer to the sun so he can grow strong. From your picture it also looks like it is not actually planted in the pot, so I would take him out if the little brown one and plant it with some dirt so it's roots can spread out.
