Money Tree Help Needed

What’s wrong with my money tree? She’s been flourishing for so long. Any ideas what’s causing these changes in the leaves?
3ft to light, indirect
2” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 week ago

Have you checked the trunk near the roots, you will have to check for a rubber band there under the soil and cut it off if you have not already. They start to strangle the plant as it grows and will cause this type of problem.

It may also be overwatering if you have already removed the rubber band. This time of year their growth slows down and therefore require a bit less water. Make sure she is completely dry before watering by checking the soil with your finger knuckle deep. If it feel cool or damp wait a bit longer.

She also needs to be fed regularly, preferably with a liquid fertilizer.
You can check your schedule to see if it's been over watered or underwatered....but I would say these are just old leaves and it's time for them to shed. Just a part of the life cycle.
@Tisforthistle Yes I have been watering on schedule and doing well with it.
@SuperbRaspfern I haven’t checked for a rubber band. Will do that and see if that’s the issue.

Thank you both!
