Why does my mandarin orange have some white spots?

Hello , I'm @SavePlants and a few days ago i saw this spots , i thinked is normal but after some day they did not disappear.
Can you help me and say what they are? #plantsmakepeoplehappy #saveplants
I photo it yesterday night , thats why is night.

I'd isolate and treat the plant!

Yes is pest ! But what kind of spray kr something is the best and i can use, to get rid of pests ?
