I don't know what's happening
My avocado isn't growing any new leaves and it's concerning me and the see is turning green.

@VocalCapeivy It looks good to me! Cover the seed up a little more with dirt and keep it watered good! They like full sun. Also, they produce a tap root so it might be happier in a larger pot.
It might need some more sunlight. Do you have a southern window (assuming you're in the northern hemisphere)?
Also, the seed will eventually fall away once the tree doesn't need it any more.
