I googled this yesterday! So underwatering, overwatering or even the quality of sink water can affect them and brown the ends. Too much chlorine, fluoride, or other chemicals in the water can cause brown leaf tips!
Hello! I think I know what your problem is, your plant is getting sunburned! How I know this? I have one too! Just move it farther back from the light or you could water it more often! It could also be root rot, because you don’t have drainage in your pots. Typically, spider plants like pots with pores and holes at the bottom because they can take the water they need, and drain the water they don’t need. The problem with hole less pots is that all the water goes to the bottom, which can lead to root rot.
In my experience it’s too much or too little light ( in my case it’s usually too little)
