Any life saving tips for a beginner?
Just received this gift, I’ve been wanting one for ages and am so so happy she’s stunning! Please everyone that sees this just comment 1 thing each that you do to keep your prayer plant happy! For me, I keep my plant out of all direct light. It's about 5 feet away from an east window on a wall - no where near the light.
I moved it there because the foliage was faded and the tips were brown when it was getting more light.
I also keep mine in a self watering pot so the soil stays evenly moist. You can tell from my new growth that the plant is happy where I have it.

@Tariqcannings water with rainwater or distilled water, these along with calathea are sensitive to chemicals in tap water.
Rotate it weekly so it grows evenly on all sides. Some like to be one sided
