Most likely caused by over watering which leads to root rot. You should probably repot it and slow down on the watering
@ZingyCrowgarlic @Naturelover09 Pothos is one of those plants that *can* live in water. Leaves closest to the roots are the oldest ones. Is this just one or two yellow leaves? It is possible that these are just older leaves naturally coming to the end of their life cycle. A lot of yellow leaves? It can be caused by several things. The challenges of growing only in water means you have to change the water regularly, you also have to make sure it has a water soluble or hydroponic fertilizer, and make sure it has plenty of light. I don’t think the β€œyou should pot it” advice is very wise because it has been living in water for years, and would be quite shocked at the sudden change. Check the other variables first!
