Augustus is a bit dirty.

So this is a small english thyme plant ive cut a small piece off of my big one "Big Ben" if you want to see it in my oasis anyway i took the leaves off the lower part and planted it its been doing fine its been there for weeks and isnt dead so thats what leads me to think that its rooted anyway, the leaves are dusty i dont know how else to explain it, it looks like it has dirt on the leaves yet it doesnt come off, the pot its in is about 1.5 inches deep and 1ā…“ inches wide at the top and .90 of an inch at the bottom roughly so its a small pot for a small plant i water it with 100ml a day (one full syringe cause i dont wanna water it with a big tea jug like the others lol) is this caused by a pest maybe or am i overwatering it i cant be underwatering it

Also this pot has no drainage
8ft to light, indirect
2ā€ pot without drainage
Last watered 8 months ago
If it looks like white dust. Iā€™d suspect a powdery mold and use a fungicide.
