How / when to trim?

#SunStar this guy has new blooms towards the bottom but the top blooms are dry and dead. Where is the best place to trim?

Cannot tell what I’m seeing. I see a money tree on the right side and the other side is dried out and stuff so I don’t know what that is you should I don’t know separate it too so we can see what we’re looking at OK thank you bye οΏΌ

Probably like by the top so it will be able to stand straight don't let it fall down to much
