Should I be concerned about Drakes posture?

I have a feeling this leaf might snap off or something. How can I fix Drakes posture?

Hey there! Drake looks great, my aloe does this too though where the leaves look a little tooo bendy, I just got some free paint stirring sticks from Home Depot and place them in the pot behind the leaves to support them, works like a charm and doesn’t cost a penny!

Not at all just means they are heavy and are weighed down and putting off new shoots
