Ooh I have one transitioning to semi-hydro right now actually! I removed all the soil and it’s been living in water with nutrients added (I use Growth Technology Clonex Clone Solution with added Growth Technology Root Zone). It’s been in there since August and I’ll be moving it to LECA imminently, just need the long pot for it so that it can crawl! I can keep you posted if you like. 🌱🌱🌱
Oh that would be great! @WelsomeRhodotus was just thinking of transferring it from soil straight to pon. But I might put it in Stratum first πŸ€” for a couple a weeks then transferring to pon. I just wasn't sure if they liked wet feet but since you have yours in water I guess they do! 😊
@ClearEspicia yep it’s been months though of course I change the nutrient water weekly or it would probably rot. I’m planning to transition it to a self watering style pot with a wick as well. You can get 40cm/16” length ones which I think will be a good size or you can can also prep and get one about double that length to accommodate it crawling over a long period of time :) Looking forward to updates on your baby!
