That is bacterial infection. From the looks of the brown spots with the yellow ring around it...
Best things to do is remove any infected leaves.. spritz the remaining with diluted hydrogen peroxide then keep a fan on it to keep the air flowing around it.
Sometimes you have to keep repeating that process until its fully gone
