What happened? 😭 polka dot Begonia leaf issue

This thing was fine this weekend and I moved it up a shelf on my plant wall (which happens to be about 2 ft down from a grow light, could be the issue) and now all of a sudden one of the leaves did this 😭 I feel so bad. I'm pretty sure it's not a watering issue because the soil is still moist and I watered it about 4 days ago and the other leaves look okay. What did I do 😭😭😭 and what should I do now? #polkadotbegonia #planthelp #help
1ft to light, indirect
5” pot with drainage

I agree. Probably because of the grow lamp. You’ve given it β€œsunburn”. Move back to its old spot
Normally grow lights don’t cause sunburn… I think this is most likely the oldest leaf naturally dying off or it got bumped on the edge of the pot.
Looks like the damage is where the leaf lies on the rim of the pot. I don’t know if this does for all Begonias, but both my Ferox and my Polka Dot are EXTREMELY sensitive to being touched, to the point where whatever side of the leaf that is in constant contact with the wall/pot/dirt eventually shrivels and dies off. Could just be a coincidence, I’m fairly new to them, but my best advice would be to cut off that poor leaf to give the rest of the plant more energy to grow πŸŒΏπŸ’–
@MilkNewt Thank you for that advice. The leaf itself was so weak at the base that it just fell off on its own and now there's more room for other ones to grow so I hope that improves its condition. So far the other leaves are fine but I did move it back to its old spot just to be safe.
They like higher humidity. If you notice the edges of any other leaves getting crispy, it might be that.
