You're not doing anything wrong. It's just that plants can't flower indefinitely. It uses up preciousa energy and resources. The plant essentially stops growing to produce blooms. After blooming they need to make more energy, store it and rest before tvey flower again. Think of it like buying collectible hobby items. Figurines, for example. You can't be buying expensive figurines everyday. You have to save as well, not forgetting to put some money aside for taxes, food, bills etc. It is actually possible to bloom a plant to death. Heck, some plants only bloom once, then die shortly after. Give her some time, she'll bloom again shortly if you take care of her right.

If you wanna extend blooming and improve them, use a high-potash blooming fert. You might never be able to replicate what the nursery provides to get a dozen or more blooms at once, but appreciate the plant for what it is, every new leaf growing, every bloom appearing and every leaf it has.
