My rosemary plant is shriveling.
I water it when it says to and the window is facing East. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong :(

I've killed Rosemary. Several times. It needs so much sun- nose sun than I could give it inside. It cannot have wet feet either.

Can you find a place outside for it?
