Do they flower?
I did read that this plant was supposed to flower around when the leaves turn red and there start to be new sprouts.

Ok I didn’t see this post sorry. You can leave your pups on your mother plant or when they get about 5” tall you can take a knife and carefully remove from mother plant and propagate the pup into a 4” pot and start another plant. Your mother plant will not bloom again…. Once you cut the pup once it’s big enough you will see little roots and I mean little at the cut line .
