Does the stem of the plant feel squishy? Or is it firm?
If it's firm, I'd advise to repot to see whether the plant is gets any water.
I found with some of mine succulents when I pulled from the soil, the root block is like a rock or concrete that is blocking any water from reaching the roots. The fix for this 'rock' is break up and mixing with the new soil. The rest is tender loving care. Thanks
