All of a sudden
I'm at my wits end. 2 days ago thriving. Under a timed full spec grow light. Not the only plant but all my succulents. Transplanting today no bugs I can see please help

I would say that to begin with they can and probably should be planted deeped into the soil as the heads typically stick out a little above the soil.
Additionally can i ask about how and how often you are watering them? They are rather picky about getting water too often especially when the split. To be these look a bit full of water being nice and plump i would let them dry out for a few weeks and let the soil dry out full before even thinking about watering (when they get wrinkly on the top).
If you are transplantinf put more soil in So that they dont get shadow from the pot. And make sure it is really draining and doesn't hold on to too much water o add in quite a bit more gravel into my lithopses pots ontop of succulent soil.
