My ponytail plant has doubled in size since I bought it last year but some of the leaves are brown. Is there anything I can do for this?

You'll have brown leaves here and there; it's just part of it. If your palm has doubled in size, you are CLEARLY taking good care of it. (:

Such growth, congrats! Yeah, I have a ponytail who lives on my patio and commonly gets brown tips or leaves here and there. I just snip off the tips, new growth fills in, and it's pretty easy going ^^ As long as it's just small bits I wouldn't worry 🪴
Ponytail palm leaves getting brown tips is just a mechanical problem with the leaves being so long. Water has a hard time reaching the tip because it often all evaporates/is consumed on its way there. Nothing to be concerned about. You can just cut off the brown tips if you don't like the look. Very jealous of the growth! 👏🥲
