What’s this black splotch?
Does anyone know what this black splotch is on my hoya krimson queen carnosa? It has a few sun burnt leaves but I’m not sure if this is also sun damage or something worse

Looks like a sunburnt leaf. It'll take energy to keep that leaf alive but it'll still live. I've had my aloe with some black spots and sunburnt spot sections for a while now, perfectly healthy still, but; but it does drain it's energy. I removed one stem, so maybe in your case that leaf, so new life can spawn or the energy from the plant feeding can flow evenly through the plant.
