Soil for monstera
So personally Iβm a little funny on my soils, be careful with the brand Miracle Grow, itβs got some really toxic chemicals in its soils. I know it says organic and things but itβs got a lot of chemicals you want to avoid. - sorry thatβs just an opinion. But otherwise yes, you can grow a monstera in it. π
You can, but think of bagged soil as just a base, you need to mix in other stuff. Get indoor tropical mix (NEVER buy that yellow bag miracle grow, it's the worst).
At a minimum, pickup orchard bark (get the one in the photo with charcoal, coase perlite, and fir mixed in). Mix that with your bagged soil in a container to pot your plants.
I also like coco coir chips mixed in my soil mix for chunkiness.
