If the vines alive then yes you can. Cut 1-2 " long sections each with an old leaf node on it . Then oin them to moust spaghnum moss and put in a prop box or something to keep humidity up . Mist em@1 -2 a week to keep the spagh damp. Make sure its damp and not soaking wet . Soak your moss then wring it oug as good as you possibly can and refluff before using
