I Highly suggest you move it to a pot with drainage. Your snake plant will hold too much moisture at the bottom of the roots otherwise. No matter how little water you give it, it still will require aeration of the roots. Which is almost impossible when your pot has no drainage. I’m sorry there is no way around it with a snake plant. πŸͺ΄
I forgot to add your soil looks way too heavy as well. To have a thriving snake plant you also need a very light well draining soil or else they are susceptible to root rot. This is VERY important. You can easily amend the soil you have with about 50% perlite. It is a very cheap way to create a lighter soil and easy to work with.

The combination of the pot with drainage and a lighter soil will benefit you long term and help you to avoid future problems and keep your plant in healthy shape.
@BigwigCyclamen9 Aside from the necessary drainage hole, try to repot the plant into a Terracotta pot which allows the soil to dry out much quicker/better.
