Somethings wrong with my fuchsia plant please help!

I have a fuchsia plant, she looks really droopy and her flowers are falling off. Can anyone help me figure out what's wrong and fix her?

It just looks dry to me. Maybe a combo of the terracotta pot and being outside? I’d test the soil and give it a good drink if it’s dry 🌿💚

Thank you sm! I'm going to move her into a different pot and see if that helps too!
