Are you talking about the white film like stuff? I might be wrong, but I think that could be water mineral build up? If the brown spots, that could be sunburn or even burns from fertilizer.
Are you referring to the brown spots on the lower leaves? If those appeared after fertilizing it’s likely just because you got a lil fertilizer on the leaves, which can burn them. The plant will be okay though and the spots should become less noticeable as it grows, it’s beautiful by the way!
It may occur if water drops stayed on the leaf and a gust of wind blew on it.

I had a sister of Darcy's just turn one day, nothing could to done to save her. I'm beginning to think succies are better for winter loneliness and ironically not suited for the blazing summer sun (even inside.) my warmest regards to you and Darcy.
