Why does this keep happening to the leaves?? It's like 3' from the window
#MoneyTree
It’s leaf rot which is a bacterial infection. It isn’t the lighting. It might actually like some more sun. But a spray with a bactericide in it should do the trick. Good luck πŸ€
Welcome to Greg!
I hit the button too fast. πŸ˜‚ It took me a long time to find my Money Tree's happy spot. For a long time, it sat just to the side a a southern window, just outside the reach of direct sun. That's when it finally stopped dripping leaves. Now that it's used to the spot, the leaves look so much better.
@Jilliebeanstalk Repotted it & look what I found! A rotting limb
@EminentBeech gasp πŸ™Š bastardo!!!! So glad you found the ish and can now treat.
@Jilliebeanstalk I'm confused πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ what do you think caused this stalk to rot? Overwatering?
Overwatering/rubberband on the root system?? I don’t see roots. Just a broken branch. Where’s the rest of it??
@EminentBeech I’d snip it until you see healthy stalk and then root that in either water or soil. Water is probably a safer bet so you wan monitor it.
Oh ya sorry didn't explain lol. That was 1 of 4 branches. I threw it away. The others were healthy & rooted. I threw away the rubber band too
