Repot in orchid Bark. Make sure you don’t have any dirt/soil/rot reside left on it though. Don’t cut anything off unless it’s hard like a stick. The outer layer is just a protecting layer over the β€œfingers” that are what the plant needs. So unless it’s shriveled and dead dead don’t trim it off. What inside that it’s protecting might still be ok. Repot with that green aerial root OUT of the bark mix, water it good, drain it really good, then tuck it away for a week or two. These do great with little fuss and don’t like to be bothered but repotting usually gives me a new leaf, root, and flower set.
I think it has a chance. It has new growth and a healthy root.

I wouldn't know what to tell you about cutting the bad part off. I wouldn't cut it off unless you know 100% that it's all bad... but that's me and I'm no expert. οΏΌοΏΌ
Thanks for your input! I appreciate it πŸ™‚
Do not NOT cut the stem or the droopy leaves.
Thanks! I’ve repotted in orchid bark. Gave it a good soaking for 15 min then drained it. Bark is hydrated but not soaking wet.
Omg I’m dealing with the same situation
