How long have you had it? I’m pretty sure that’s just the flower itself dying, but that could be wrong depending on how long you’ve had it. If it looks like this after a day, there’s a problem, if it looks like this after a few weeks, it’s just nature taking its course. When I got a bromeliad, the flower deteriorated rapidly and eventually wound up like yours before dying in about a month and a half. Anyway, The rest of the plant looks really healthy so I wouldn’t be concerned.

Thanks! I’ve had it for about six weeks. I think part of the problem was that I wasn’t putting the water in the right place. I was putting it in the flower instead of the leaf “pitcher.”
