I don’t know how to see what it looked like before (I’m new to the app still) but it looks like the “leaves” could be swollen from overwatering. Are they falling off??

As an experienced succulent killer, she probably has root rot. 😭😫 especially if she doesn’t have any drainage and you’re watering every 13 days. They look completely fine one day and the next, they’re all swollen and (what I call) flaky. The leaves just pop off at the slightest touch. I don’t know how to save her unfortunately.. I’ve never had luck with them.
