Low light, animal friendly plants?
Hi #greggang im in need of a low light 🐈 animal friendly plant. The only places in my house that doesnt have plants are lower light areas. But I have a kitty who loves ❤️ all my plants, so it needs to be animal friendly. Any ideas? #gregplantshop #greggers #plantsmakepeoplehappy

Spiderplants are easy plants that manage under most conditions, and are pet-friendly😊
But if you are in for a little more challenge, all types of Calathea/Goeppertia/Marantaceae are pet-friendly and gorgeous plants. That can thrive with just artificial light. But they can be divas 😉
If it is very low light conditions you can consider adding a lamp or plant-light.

African violets, I think, can? Cast iron plants, my personal favorite, cavendish bananas! Friendship plants, some calatheas. I think rabbit foot ferns, Norfolk pines, money tree, parlor palms, spider plants. I’d also recommend (I do this for my cats and my dogs here) that I grow “cat grass” and catnip for them, to encourage them to eat those instead of my plants. 🤣🐈 Best luck! Try growing catnip and/or wheatgrass for your kitty to see if that helps
