Today I share my mom’s snake plants. They are considered succulents but my mom treats them like a regular house plant and waters them often, the soil is regular soil (which stays moist 😂) and she hasn’t really repotted them. I don’t know how she does it she really has a green thumb. They are thriving and growing beautifully.. these are all babies.. the last two pictures are the same plant with some babies of its own.. I will post a picture of the mother plant in a little bit.
My baby snake has been seeming to grow so fast...I have started to take her profile pics with a tape measure 🤣🤣 It's a great #whatthesuccwednesday so far! So proud of my Lil snake plant baby 🥰💖
@RJG OH thank you! She is so precious to me. My first "prop" if you will...put it together with no knowledge just intuition. Certainly have improved her life because of Greg! 👀 peep my gallery screenshot. Probably my favorite part of the app....tracking progress!!! #gregfeedback 🥰🥰

Woooo! Haven’t participated in #WhatTheSuccWednesday because I’ve been so deep in the aroids that I’ve been neglecting my succs 😭😭 It’s okay tho cause they’ve been thriving without me BUT I need help with Ellie 🥲
She’s been struggling with some type of fungal infection (?) that causes these spots on her leaves and if I don’t go in and wipe with soapy and isopropyl water, those leaves would be gone within 2 days. I think what caused the problem was MiracleGro potting mix and I’ve yet to repot her, BUT she’s also been growing so much and I don’t want to disturb her. What do I do? 😅🥲🌿🤍

But okokok. This will be a battle between Ellie & I vs. Scale 🥲 I will repot her and keep cleaning her leaves if I must. She’s finally starting to look like a full cherry blossom branch and I’d like to keep it that way 🥺🌸

@RJG I'm not sure how old that one is. She's also giving me her giant mother of thousands, and several aloe plants that I will likely reduce down and keep the pots. Currently taking the MOT home right now. There was a storm this week and it suffered quite a bit of damage from wind, rain, and hail, but should look better after a repot, new stakes, and a trim.
I finally did it! I got a cactus! Well 2 cacti!!
And yup... one stuck me as soon as I got home... seriously contemplated taking her butt back! 😩🤣💚🌱
And I got this other swirly dude! No idea what any of their names are cuz box stores suck 🤷🏾♀️
Oh.. wait... there are names.. the pink guy that poked me is an Echinocereus rubrispinus and the paddle looking on says opuntia microdasys albata. No idea if these names go into #greg so #whatthesucc
And the swirly one just says #succulent 🙄 so please help me out #succulentsquad
