Did it receive any fertiliser long before reporting? If not, it's probably okay to fertilise now. Could be a deficiency 😊

Looks like your overwatering with a to little soil these guys like to be in more soil since there roots grow sideways make her feel appreciated you water less the soil will stay hydrated longer read about her root system so you’ll understand

I only water it once a week or more when i feel that it's still moist. Will try with a fertiliser to see if it helps. Thanks for your help
