It really looks like your plant was damaged while still furled. The reason I think this is because they are all so uniform in size and the same shape and spots. It could be from touching the wall or window during that time. When the leaves are young they can be quite delicate and easily damaged and they tend to harden over time. It does not look like sunburn though so you won’t need to move it. Sometimes I will turn a pot though to protect the newer more delicate leaves.
Here is a photo of mine if you look closely you will see the uneven pinks, this is totally normal for these plants. I always think the leaves look like a watercolor painting each leaf unique and different! I’m in love with mine. And when they are newly opened their colors do appear to run just like on a painting. After they age that appearance leaves 😔

That might be true, I just really feel like it is inappropriate and pressures people to feel the need to pick a best answer. When all anybody really wants is some help with their plants. 🪴 It is nothing against you, I don’t know you, you might be a wonderful person. But I do indeed think it is wrong to ask for it or even ask for a thank you. Because that is doing good for the purpose of expecting something in return. In life you will learn it feels much better to give without expectations ❤️
