I have lots, but I’m only gonna highlight my monstera that has been neglected because of our remodel. It has been needing a repot BADLY but I had not sink or space to do it well. I just repotted it this Monday and boom, the next day this fresh leaf popped out, it’s like it’s gasping and springing for joy.

I love this thread so much! Nothing better then growth. The first three are yesterday, 4th photo is today of bruiser’s newest leaf. And I found this lil one in the pot this morning (last photo). I’m very excited about this guy. I was on the waitlist for a Colocasia and our grower informed us the batch I was waiting for got spider mites. Bruiser was the last available (wo mites) so I took him home and couldn’t be happier. I love that he’s a little beat up actually.

I’m having fun documenting and taking/editing photos. Most of the sick and weak were left outside for the weekend while I am away, soaking up rain and humidity! In sunny SoCal it’s not so sunny but dreary and windy! Yesterday marked the two-year anniversary of going into the hospital in 2020, positive with Covid-19 and almost didn’t make it out after a three week coma. A few more fresh leaves to end my Friday! 
I wasn’t able to go check all the plants in the backyard before work so I spent some time out there this evening!
My husband transplanted the trumpet vine and it is starting to put out green shoots! The clematis blooming! I love the combination of the 2 colors! The chives are blooming and my Red Lion amaryllis is preparing to bloom (hopefully in time for next week’s post)!
