Could you tell me more? What makes you think that it is dying ?
I can tell that Purpusorum is very sensitive to overwatering.
One thin I see in this photo. The plantโ€™s leaves ๐Ÿƒ are pointing down. It means that it does not get enough bright light.
@vvvelo the leaves been falling of slowly for a few weeks. I tried watering it less but it hasnt worked. They also just dont look as happy and full as they used toโ˜น๏ธ
@Some_rando can you check the leaves. Do they look wrinkled and soft?
@vvvelo i can tell you right know thats a yes ๐Ÿ˜ž theyโ€™ve also gotten flatter
@Some_rando can you dig it out and check the bottom of the stem and roots. It can be a slow rot.
As a succulent this plant does not like being watered constantly. We only need to water a succulent once every 2 weeks and only use about 8 ounces of water when in a 5.5inch planter. Succulents also love sunlight. The sunlight helps keep the leaves firm and strong.

Here is a link to the Greg care page for this plant: https://greg.app/plant-care/echeveria-purpusorum-leaves
Needs full sun for at least 6 hours a day and the dead leaves just probably need just a good grooming to take of any dead leafs from underneath and just check the roots too.
It could be in shock as succulents like to be in confined spaces and so thereโ€™s possible too much room for it, and it feels lost.
@vvvelo i moved him to a new pot for now because his stem wasnโ€™t rotting but he barley has any roots left ๐Ÿ˜• but oddly enough they werenโ€™t rotting or mushy either but supper dry.
@vvvelo this is the pot heโ€™s in
@Some_rando do you use grow light or there is natural bright light comes from a window? I guess this plant does not get enough light.
@vvvelo i use a grow light and it sits directly under it.
@Some_rando can I see that grow light?
@vvvelo yeah i take a picture when i get home ๐Ÿ˜
Here it is!
