DOES THIS LOOK LIKE SOMETHING I Should be worried about? It is so random popping up now and again. I have been trimming off.
Bird's Nest Fern
6ft to light, indirect
6” pot with drainage
Last watered 7 hours ago
Browning edges are a sign of under watering the plant. I would try to keep the soil evenly moist and only water around the rim of the pot. Also, make sure you must the leaves to help it retain moisture via humidity. Check your air and if it’s dry, you may want to get a small humidifier to set next to it and run regularly to help improve its foliage.
She’s thirsty but make sure you don’t drench her. Make sure her growing medium is moist on a daily basis.
Ohhh I wish I could help. I have a Birds nest and sometimes it will get a tiny "wound" but not that silvery/white stuff. Is it showing up on some or all? Have you cut the ones if any out? Also they like to be damp not wet. When you water it make sure you don't get it in the center. That can cause mold
Those pic always enlarge when I post and I lose most of the pics
however the 2nd is good representation of the problem. I do cut out the damaged areas. I'm not sure what I sure treat for. Should I just need oil or use a bacteriacidal soap.
