This is what Greg says about its soil. Succulent soil seems to fit the bill

It's a 5 in diameter what would you suggest in size and would succulent soil suffice?

i’m a new plant mom so don’t fully trust me, but you don’t want your soil to be fully moist without a drainage system! just off personal experience, maybe it is good to have it damp! sorry about this, trying my best 🤷‍♀️🌿

Yeah .. it's in its original pot as purchased. I never had anything other then a money tree and succulents before.
