Is this okay to put into soil or wait a little more time?

This is my first time propagating a succulent leaf, I saw the roots and I'm wondering if this is okay to bury in soil. Though I know that succulents are completely diffrent then other plants and may need diffrent techniques.

The species I have is a Echeveria also known as "Black Prince" I'm wondering if I should wait or do I bury it now?
you can bury the roots but keep the leaf on top of the soil. position it so the side that was facing upwards when it was on the plant is facing upwards in the soil. otherwise the baby will prob grow underneath the leaf
I'd let the roots grow longer before putting it anywhere near soil. They could easily rot. Just leave it sitting out somewhere dry and warm, and when the roots grow a bit more then you can place on top of a very shallow layer of soil. Don't bury it. What I like to do is flip the leaves every few weeks: facing down toward the soil for root growth, then facing up out of the soil for pup growth. Either one can form first, it usually just depends what direction the leaf is facing from the beginning. The good news is you already have some root development, so from here on out is easy street. Just please don't rush putting it in soil. Echeveria and most other succulents don't grow in soil in their native habitats, which is why they so often rot when we stick them in standard potting soil. You could also place it on a layer of 100% perlite, which doesn't lead to rot.
