String of Hearts 💕 ☀️ ?
Does anyone keep their string of hearts in an East facing window with success? (I’m in NY)

These girls are currently butt chugging, but normally I have them under a grow light. I would like to put one in a hanging planter in my East facing window. I’m just afraid they might not get enough light there. I wouldn’t mind a little etiolation. I just want them to be happy and healthy 🪴 Thoughts?

I keep my variegated soh on an east-facing window in my shower. They are really long but sorta' sparse on the top, but they aren't complaining. (: I think, especially with hanging plants, you're looking at the trails and not the top. I started with just three little rooted segments over the summer and I plan to add more to the top this spring to fill it out. (forgive the dark photos- we have no electricity)
@sarahsalith thank you that is very helpful. Hope you’re ok!
I have mine in a pretty shady window that faces north and it’s fine so I think you should be fine!!
@MeganO Fantastic. I think I’ll try it!
