Why are my leaves whitening

This could be a few things based on the photo and plant card.
Improper watering can cause leaves to change color. Are they softer as well?
Does the white wipe off? If so it could be powdery mildew.
It says the distance to light is unknown. They like to have dappled sunlight or gentle, morning sun. Too much light can burn the leaves and not enough can cause them to lose color.

Thank you, the white doesn’t wipe off so I don’t think it’s mildew, could be sunlight. Though the leaves are not softer than the other leaves. I will cut them back and see how they do. Thank you!
