Probably! As long as it gets plenty of shade and is SLOWLY acclimated to living outside. Palms I believe do well outside. Just start by putting it out in the shade for an hour or two, slowly leaving it outside more and more.

Yes, it needs to be in full shade or speckled morning light. They don’t really like direct light but LOVE indirect light.
