Greg is acting like my subscription is non-existent

For some reason, in my care schedule, I have a small message at the top saying to turn on the smart care schedule. When I press the button to do so, it tells me to pay for Super Greg but shows no amount of money, even though I still have my subscription. I checked the shop, and it shows my position as having early access. Has anyone experienced this? I'm almost positive I am still subscribed.

I don't know about this exact issue, but I've had a similar problem where I'll go to turn on fertilizer reminders, and the app will be like "this is a paid feature!" So I have to restart the app until it remembers I do in fact have a subscription

I had the same issue where my subscription disappeared for a few hours then showed up again later🤦‍♀️ glad yours showed up again too!

The best thing is to email the Greg app technician directly....concerige@greg.com.
You'll get an answer and remedy quickly. Their not available on the weekends.
