A Recap of Last Year's Avocado Experiments 🥑Exp.01-05🥑
Since I recently started a new avocado experiment I figured I should do an update/recap on all the #AvocadoExperiment fun I had last year for anyone who was following along... 🙃✌️

🥑Exp. 01 - Success✅
"Hoss" Started by toothpick method, grown in #PothosWater and fungi">#Mycorrhizalfungi concentrate.
By far the fastest/healthiest growth out of the five. 🤘
About 1 month to start growing, and then about 2 more before it was ready to be potted.
Did not take well to being potted, but is starting to adjust now that I moved it to the plant room.
🥑Exp. 02 - Success✅
"Waterboy" Started by toothpick method, grown in plain filtered water.
Healthy growth but not as big as Hoss.
About 1 month to start growing, and then about 5 more before it was ready to be potted.
Adjusting well to being potted. 🙃
🥑Exp. 03 - Neutral 👍👎
"NoName" Started by toothpick method, grown in plain pothos water.
The roots grew well, but the top growth got powdery mildew or some similar fungal infection I was never able to get rid of. It lives out back now. The roots are healthy and alive and the pit is on it's 6th new attempt to start a tree... 🤷
Started 6 months ago.
🥑Exp. 04 - Failure🚫
"Eggy" Started by fully submerging in pothos water.
After 4 months of no change I finally potted it in hopes it would grow.
Unfortunately it had been rotting from the inside out and within 5 days it was completely brown and shriveled up.
🥑Exp. 05 - Success✅
"Thomas" Started by placing directly in dirt, watered with #mycorrhizae and pothos water.
Took 5 months to start growing.
Doing well so far! Very smol and cute. 🙃

Waterboy is definitely looking the best right now, but Hoss is due for a trim soon so that may help him out with growing more branches... 🙃
