It's beautiful @thecrystalbabe. It looks like you could go up a pot or two. I also look at the drainage hole at the bottom, there might be some little roots popping out. Sometimes they'll even come out of the topsoil. It's the size of the roots that really determine if you need to upgrade pots.

@thecrystalbabe wanted to second what @Charli3Plant said. Echeveria have very shallow root systems. And since these are winter dormant/summer growers, spring is definitely the best time to upsize 😊
Another potential benefit of a smaller pot like that is improved air flow for those bottom leaves. Not as much direct contact with the soil, less chance of rot.
