Is it time to repot?
Roots are all over the top of the soil. Not sure if it needs one size bigger of a pot.

I don't think it's time to repot based on the picture. If you recently got it, you should let it stay in the pot for as long as you can; that's best for the plant.
A sure sign that it's time to repot is that the roots are coming out of the bottom of the pot (and it's not just a rogue root searching for water).
Your Adansonii is very fragile and you don't want to move it about if you do not absolutely have to.
How long have you had the plant?
I just got it recently. Unfortunately, the roots are growing out the bottom of the nursery pot like crazy! If I just got it, and the roots are like that, should I repot, or wait?
